Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend that you call ahead for an appointment to ensure that we will be able to see you promptly.

Salon Etiquette

BE ON TIME OR EARLIER

DO NOT  Text message or DO NOT  Email the salon to cancel any last minute appointment or if you’re running late

  • call 30mins before to say you’re going to be late (  no more than 10 minutes late.)
  •  “Once we’re 10 minutes past your appointment time, there is no guarantee you’ll be accommodated.
  • PLEASE phone the salon and let them know “it’s appreciated nonetheless.”
  • DO NOT  text message or DO NOT  Email   the salon to cancel any last-minute appointment
  • For your convenience, we suggest you arrange your appointments in advance.
  • We appreciate at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointment times.
  • If you need to cancel a  Monday appointment {as we close on sunday}  please call the salon by 3pm closing time on Saturday to cancel or reschedule the appointment
  • If your appointment falls   the day after a public holiday and you need to cancel call the salon the day or two before its a public holiday to cancel or  reschedule your appointment otherwise a full cancellation fee will be charged
  •  Not only does not showing up, take money out of your stylist’s pocket and prevent them from being able to fill your spot with someone else who may be trying to get in, but it also says to them that you don’t respect them or their time, and no one likes to feel like that.
  • if you need to add more services in your appointment time please call in advance to see if we can fit you in or reschedule another time to fit it all in.
  • if you need to reduce the amount of service that you are having on that day please let the salon know within 24hrs notice
  • {for example} you could be booked in for a cut colour  treatment  which we might allow between 2hrs -5hrs all depends ) you change your mind or you don’t have the time then you want just a haircut which is 45mins  time, you need to let the salon know at least 24hrs notice others wise same thing there will be a full fee charged
  • {another example }you could be booked in for a full leg wax {1hr}  and you only say 1/2 leg {30mins} be considerate of others that are trying to get an appointment

ONCE WE RUN LATE EVERYONE ELSE RUNS LATE

A FULL FEE will be charged

if your appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.

 

Your thoughtfulness will be appreciated by clients waiting for an appointment.

We suggest that you make your next appointment while you are still in the salon.

Show up to your appointment. If you know that you need to reschedule, make sure to call the salon at least 24 hours in advance so that your stylist has a chance to fill your spot.

 

It’s understandable that things come up at the last minute sometimes

Payment for services rendered is due at the completion of your appointment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos and cash.

 

The Salon is open all day from

Monday to Wednesday and Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Thursday: 8.30am – 9.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 4.00pm.

 Sundays: We will open for you for your special occasion, wedding, formal, debutant, by appointment only.

 Weekends Thursday nights and pre-holidays are always busiest, so please plan ahead.
